Thompson School District’s Nutrition Services Department has announced their sponsorship of the 2016 Summer Food Service program. The program is designed to feed children (ages 18 months – 18 years old) free of charge during the summer months.
The program will begin Tuesday, May 31, and run through Friday, July 29, excluding the week of July 4th. A nutritious breakfast and lunch will be served at five open sites throughout the district. Serving times will be 8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m. for breakfast (no breakfast on Fridays) and 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. for lunch (Monday through Friday). Some TSD summer programs (such as Camp READ) will also serve meals. Please check with your specific program for more information. The Summer Food Service program will be hosted at the following locations:
